On Monday, January 23rd, from 6:30 to 8 pm, the Ambler Food Co-op is presenting a Food-For-Life Cooking Demo at their current office location, 131 E. Butler Ave. in Ambler.

Food-For-Life’s Sheryl Wolf will be on hand to demo healthy plant-based recipes and samples will be served. Seating is limited to 30 attendees and you must RSVP by Friday, January 20th to attend.
