Have a Say in Ambler’s New Pocket Park

Have you ever driven down Butler Ave. and noticed the barren, empty paved area adjacent to the CVS parking lot? Last year, Ambler Borough was able to acquire this property and the Ambler Planning Commission recommended that it be turned into a small community park or “pocket park”. Ambler Borough Council got behind the idea and this recommendation is becoming reality.

Ambler requested help from the Montgomery County Planning Commission to plan the park and a survey was developed so Ambler residents and neighbors can participate in its development. They are also looking for a name for the park and residents can share their pick at the end of the survey. Click here for the survey. Please keep in mind that the survey closes at midnight, March 26th so time is of the essence!
