One Book Storytime Event

On Saturday, April 23rd, the Upper Dublin Public Library is offering a special outdoor story time at Mondauk Common Park. The event begins at 10 am and last until 11 am. Every family in attendance will receive a copy of Kite Day (while supplies last. The event is geared toward children from 3-8 years old. There will be stories, activities and a craft. If the weather is bad, the event will be held at the library.

As part of Pennsylvania’s One Book Every Young Child campaign, the library is offering this special storytime in the park. We’ll read Kite Day by Will Hillenbrand, explore the themes of the story, and make a craft. After the storytime is over, you can take a storywalk through the park and read Kite Day again. Every family that attends will receive a free copy of the book, supplies are limited. In case of inclement weather, the storytime will be held in the library.
