Wacky Weather Predicted for the Next Week

If you go by the National Weather Service, for about the next week, the weather in Ambler is going to be all over the place.

From the National Weather Service:

Friday  – Showers and thunderstorms likely before 3pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 3pm and 4pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4pm. Cloudy, with a high near 74. South wind 13 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

but then Saturday Night and Sunday…

Saturday Night – A slight chance of rain showers before 5am, then a slight chance of rain and snow showers (?!). Partly cloudy, with a low around 34. Breezy. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Saturday into Sunday – West-Northwest winds should gust to around 45 mph, and therefore a wind advisory may be needed.

Sunday night…temperatures are forecast to drop to or below freezing for much of the area, and the growing season is off to an early start for much of the region.

Then look at Tuesday –

Tuesday – A chance of snow. Partly sunny, with a high near 46. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Tuesday Night – Partly cloudy, with a low around 28 (!?!).

Those with outdoor plants need to pay attention to this.
