PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – 01/07/19 – Joshua T. Morales 22 years of age of the 300 block Richland Drive, Lancaster was arrested and citied for public drunkenness after police responded to disturbance of someone yelling and attempting to break into a vehicle in the in the 100 block of N. Main Street. Once on scene and contact was made with Morales Officers detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on/about his person, his speech was slurred, and with bloodshot eyes. Upon questioning Morales was confused on his whereabouts and could not answer how he arrived at that location. Morales was taken into custody and transported to the station where he was placed into a cell and housed until sober. Once sober Morales was citied and released.
