Ambler Man Sent to Prison for Drug and Weapons Charges

Russell Elwood Timbers Jr., 43 of the 200 block of East Park Avenue in Ambler pleaded guilty today to felony charges of persons not to possess a firearm & possession with intent to deliver controlled substances in connection with 2018 incident.

Montgomery County Judge Todd D. Eisenberg, sentenced Timbers to 3½-to-10-yrs in state prison after he pleaded guilty to felony charges including: “persons not to possess a firearm” and “possession with intent to deliver controlled substances” in connection with a March 6, 2018, incident.
