The Ambler Borough Police Department is seeking to locate a runaway juvenile from the Carson Valley Group Home. The missing 17-year-old, Ruth Minus, is described as a black female, glasses, black hair, a tattoo on her left chest, 5’5”, and 170lbs.

It is believed that she is in the South Philadelphia, or Lower Bucks County area. If anyone has information on her whereabouts or has any information please contact the Ambler Borough Police Department at #215-643-6444 or the Detective Unit at  #215-646-1000 Ext. 102
