Lamont Shumell Barrett, 44 of the 1300 block of Cherry Lane in Blue Bell was sentenced yesterday to 9-23 months in jail by Montgomery County Judge, Thomas C. Branca for photographing and taking video of unsuspecting naked women through a first floor apartment window in East Norriton.

According to court documents, Barrett pleaded guilty to charges of invasion of privacy and possessing an instrument of crime in connection to incidents that occurred at the Rolling Green Apartments in East Norriton in December of 2016.

According to the 2016 complaint reported by East Norriton Police Sgt. Matthew Brannen, “Barrett admitted to looking, videotaping and photographing unsuspecting naked women at the Rolling Green Apartments on (Dec. 3 and Dec. 5). Barrett stated he has returned a few other times to the same apartment in the past couple weeks,”
