Burb Buzz: Temple’s Fox School of Business Bringing Part Time MBA Program to Western Suburbs

As it was reported back in October, Temple’s Fox School of Business is introducing a part-time MBA program in the western suburbs at The Workshop Mercantile (100 Four Falls) in West Conshohocken.

The new West Conshohocken-based program will allow for a two-year completion structure of the Fox Part-Time MBA, which is ranked No. 1 locally and No. 7 nationally by U.S. News & World Report. The Fox Part-Time MBA at West Conshohocken also will incorporate the curriculum-delivery model of the Fox Online MBA program, which U.S. News has ranked No. 1 nationally for four consecutive years.

Fox School of Business at The Workshop Mercantile will preview its first Part-Time MBA regional outpost at a Preview Party on Thursday, January 18th at 5:30 p.m. During the event, those interested in the program will be able to hear more about the program from admissions representatives and staff as well as tour The Workshop Mercantile where the in-person courses will be delivered.

You can RSVP for the Preview Party here.

In the below video Burb Buzz’s Erin O’Hearn speaks with Tom Kegelman, assistant dean marketing, communications, graduate admissions at the Fox School of Business, and former Congressman Patrick Murphy, executive chairman at The WorkShop Mercantile, about the program, the facility and why the Conshohockens are the perfect home for the program.

Burb Buzz is a new short-format video series from AroundAmbler.com, and its sister sites MoreThanTheCurve, com and GlensideLocal.com, exploring interesting and fun things happening at local businesses and within the community.
