Dim Sum Factory, which serves traditional cuisine of Shanghai China, will be a new tenant at the Flourtown Shopping Center next year.

The Shanghai and Cantonese style restaurant is known for its dim sum, including soup dumplings, fried buns, shumai, scallion pancakes and more.

The restaurant, which is slated to open in late spring 2024, will occupy a 2,824 square foot location. Adjacent to the U.S. Post Office, Dim Sum Factory will be Federal Realty’s first location in their Greater Philadelphia portfolio.
