The Dish of the Week is the Chicken Cutlet Milanese on From The Boot’s menu.  This week the Chicken Cutlet Milanese features purple and yellow Heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, marinated artichoke heart and baby arugula with olive oil and balsamic reduction.

From The Boot has teamed up with our neighbor, Weavers Way – Ambler Food Co-op for a Tomato Fest event and menu which will be offered through the end of this week.  The Heirloom tomatoes are from Weavers Way Co-op’s farm market.
