Banh Street’s favorite holiday of the year is definitely Thanksgiving and that’s what inspired this Dish of the Week, and their weekly special.

The Thanksgiving Banh-mi consists of: hickory smoked turkey, cranberry aioli, pickled snow peas, Sriracha dusted fried onions and all of the accoutrements that make a banh mi.
