Dispatcher and Lower Gwynedd Township Police Sergeant Help Deliver Baby

NBC 10 News reported today that a Montgomery County police dispatcher, with only 4 months on the job, and  Sgt. Michael Rogge, of Lower Gwynedd Police Department helped coach an Ambler woman through the birth of her baby, when she could not get to the hospital on time.

The police dispatcher calmly walked the mother’s cousin through the delivery steps, and Sgt. Rogge showed up immediately, and just in time to help the baby who was having some distress.  The NBC10 video and story can be seen below, including some footage of Sgt.
