Ernst Brothers Builders in Spring House Hires New Custom Carpenter and Field Manager

Ernst Brothers Builders, a niche construction firm located in Spring House, has hired carpenter Mark Pavelko as Field Manager and to complete its expansion of the company’s team of fine custom craftsmen.

Pavelko returns to Ernst Brothers after successfully operating his own construction company for 13 years. He previously worked for Ernst from 1988 to 2005.

“Mark is extremely precise and very efficient, and his carpentry skills are some of the best I’ve ever experienced,” says Jake Taylor, Ernst Brothers managing partner.

“He brings an entrepreneurial spirit to Ernst, with an appreciation for the importance of great customer service and job management skills that increase his value to us even more.”

Pavelko is one of three new finish carpenters hired in the past nine months to accommodate the firm’s growth and increasing number of projects calling for fine-carpentry skills. He will also replace Ernst field manager Tony Rocco, who retired last year after 15 years.

In his three decades since his start with a trimming contractor, Pavelko has worked new residential construction, residential renovation and commercial projects.

An Army veteran with four years active duty and seven years in the Reserves, Pavelko lives with his family in Emmaus, PA.
