Jack Duffy 5K Power Run This event is being held to honor and celebrate the life of Jack Duffy, a brilliant and kind young man, Hatboro-Horsham graduate, Dartmouth student, entrepreneur, and accomplished runner whose purpose had been “to serve, help, and empower others”. The event will be held on Sunday, August 18 in Horsham, PA starting and ending at the Hatboro-Horsham High School Stadium and utilizing the lovely, paved Power Line Trail. Proceeds will benefit the Montgomery County Affiliate of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) to support mental health awareness, advocacy, and education in our community. On-line registration is open through August 16, and all participants who register by August 7 will receive a dri-fit t-shirt. Bib pick-up and registration packets will be available on race day beginning at 7:30 am, with the race starting at 8:30 am.
