  4. A 4- week workshop for teens focusing on:
    • Guided meditations to help you feel grounded and maintain focus and clarity during a hectic day.
    • Being able to notice and cope with strong emotions (like anger, stress, anxiety, or sadness) before they overwhelm your brain, body, and influence your actions.
    • How to apply mindfulness in your daily life, especially to help you effectively communicate with others, be able to get 'in the zone' during a game or before a test, and to create a space for you to just be YOU.
    For ages 13-18 (middle & high school students). FREE. Registration required (link will register you for all four sessions). Must be able to attend all sessions. Tuesday, July 11, July 18, July 25, and August 1 @ 12 to 1 PM.
