A 4- week workshop for teens focusing on:
- Guided meditations to help you feel grounded and maintain focus and clarity during a hectic day.
- Being able to notice and cope with strong emotions (like anger, stress, anxiety, or sadness) before they overwhelm your brain, body, and influence your actions.
- How to apply mindfulness in your daily life, especially to help you effectively communicate with others, be able to get 'in the zone' during a game or before a test, and to create a space for you to just be YOU.
