This year the St. Francis Society will be celebrating a weekend full of events to honor our 100th Year Anniversary! The itinerary will go as follows: Saturday, June 9, 2018: BEER GARDEN 6:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. 21+ Event Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door (For Tickets please message us or contact one of our committee members) Ticket will include a wrist band for the following: Free beer mug* Beer Food Entertainment: DJ J-ARE $5 tickets will be sold to DESIGNATED DRIVERS. These wrist bands are limited to food only. (ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE TO BE SERVED TO THESE INDIVIDUALS) *Mugs will be issued on a first come first served basis, as there is a limited quantity* Sunday, June 10, 2018: 100th ANNUAL ST. FRANCIS DAY CELEBRATION 12:30 p.m.: High Mass and Predica with Archbishop Charles J. Chaput, at St. Jospeh's Roman Catholic Church in Ambler 2:15 p.m.: Procession from church through the streets of Ambler, accompanied by the VERDI BAND with the final destination being LRB Sons of Italy Club 4:00 p.m.: "Cicerata" Blessing and distribution of the "pasta è ceci" Music by: "Ottavio & Miriam” 5:30 p.m.: Committee speeches and greetings between Mayor Jeanne Sorg of Ambler and Mayor Salvatore Paone of Maida. 6:45 p.m.: Raffle Drawing 8:00 p.m.: Procession from LRB back to church followed by a "Fiaccolata" (Candle Light Procession)
