Someone is sitting on a $100,000 winning lottery ticket that was sold at the Wawa in Center Square (Whitpain Township) on September 20, 2021. The Pennsylvania Lottery is encouraging players to check their tickets as the deadline is approaching to claim the prize.

The winning ticket is a Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball® with Power Play® that matched four of the five white balls drawn, 37-51-54-58-60, along with the red Powerball 19. Without the $1 Power Play option, the ticket would have been worth $50,000. The Power Play multiplier drawn was two.

prize claim must be filed with the PA Lottery by the end of the business day on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.

By law, unclaimed, expired lottery prizes remain in the Lottery Fund and are used to support programs benefiting older Pennsylvanians. Although some lotteries give players only 90 or 180 days to claim a prize, Pennsylvania Lottery draw game prizes may be claimed on a business day up to one year from the drawing date.
