Philly.com reported today that Cure Pennsylvania, the medical marijuana dispensary that was supposed to operate in Fort Washington at the vacant gas station property at the northwest corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Commerce Drive, is no longer opening at that location.

The Ft. Washington site sits on a flood zone, and the Philly.com article stated that the costs to remediate it “skyrocketed” so Cure was forced to relocate to a shopping strip at 4502 City Ave.
