In December of 2021, AroundAmbler.com reported that GoPuff and S&K Cafe were planning to open at 241-65 North Main Street in Ambler. GoPuff delivers items normally found at a convenience store and S&K Cafe would have beer to go, along with some limited food items. GoPuff would also deliver beer from S&K. Neither ever opened.

One notable business that has opened in the building is Forest & Main’s production facility and a tap room to compliment its main location 33 East Butler Avenue.

The owner of the building, DeCastro Enterprises, is now seeking additional tenants that fit within the existing industrial zoning. Daniel Decastro shared with AroundAmbler.com that he hopes he is able to establish a space for a community of craftspeople who have grown out of their garages, but are not yet ready for a large space of their own. Spaces are available in the range of 750 to 1,800 square feet.
