Groundbreaking Has Started at Former St. Mary’s Villa.

If you have driven by St. Mary’s Villa this week, you have noticed that trees are being cleared, along with many of the structural elements that made up this historic property to make way for a residential community that will feature 104 for-sale Villas & Carriage Homes that will range from 2,600 square feet to 3,400 square feet being developed in partnership by The Goldenberg Group and Guidi Builders.
