How to Plant Bare Root Trees

On Saturday, April 2nd, the Ambler EAC is presenting a FREE workshop on how to plant Bare Root Trees. Bare Root trees are trees where the plants are dug from the ground when they’re dormant (leafless), usually in fall, and their roots are shaken free of soil. As long as they are kept cool, they are great for re-planting.

Pre-registration is highly recommended to suscurry@comcast.net. The presenters include: Barley VanClief, ISA Certified Arborist and
Tree Tenders Program Manager at the Pennsylvania Horticulture Society AND Susan Curry of the Ambler Tree Tenders. The program is 10 am to 11:15 am at the Ambler Council Room, 131 Rosemary Ave. in Ambler.
