It is currently a hot sellers market in 19002.   The average value of a home in the 19002 zip code, the future outlook for residential real estate in 19002 and why it is now a seller’s market are all included in Zillow.com’s residential real estate report below.

The Zillow Home Value Index puts the median home value in 19002 at $406,534. That is a  4.1% increase over the past year and Zillow predicts they will rise 2.5% within the next year.

Zillow.com’s report states that the current market is hot for sellers.  That is calculated based on three metrics: “sale-to-list price ratio, the prevalence of price cuts on home listings, and time-on-market—the market temperature provides information on the current balance of bargaining power between buyers and sellers in this zip code relative to other zip codes in the same metropolitan area.”

The 19002 zip code includes all of Ambler Borough and sections of: Horsham, Lower Gwynedd, Upper Dublin, Whitemarsh and Whitpain Townships.
