Ambler native and ‘Screen Junkies” You Tube Channel creator Andy Signore hosted the “Captain America” panel at the Wizard World Philadelphia Comic-Con and shared the stage with ‘Captain America’ stars Chris Evans, Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan.

A Germantown Academy graduate, Signore left the area for Los Angeles in 2001 and has gained a huge following of his Screen Junkies You Tube channel which include “Honest Trailers”, parodies of Hollywood Movie trailers which are really funny.

Spending the weekend back home in the Delaware Valley for the convention felt great, he [Signore] said. His family members have all since left the area, and while his wife has family here, he admitted they don’t get to visit very often. The visit did give him a chance to stop by his most treasured convenience store again too.

 

“So I do miss it,” he said. “I haven’t been in the city in a while, so it’s been really fun to come back and see all my old friends and hit the Wawa up. I can’t tell you from L.A. how much I miss Wawa. It’s literally the best thing in the world. It sounds crazy but I will give Wawa as much free press as I can give them.”
