The Office of the State Fire Commissioner has announced the recipients of funding through the 2019-2020 Fire Company and Emergency Medical Service Grant Program. The grants are available to fire companies, emergency medical services, and volunteer rescue squads.

Local recipients are:

• Community Ambulance Association Ambler PA – $8,964.52
• Wissahickon Fire Company – $13,700.31
• Centre Square Fire Company – $14,111.10
• Fort Washington Fire Co – $14,248.03
