Lower Gwynedd Police Warn of Rash of Break Ins on Lorien Drive

The Lower Gwynedd Police are warning about back to back break-ins between Monday nights and early this morning on Lorien Drive in Lower Gwynedd. Several homes were broken into late Monday night into early Tuesday morning, and in some instances, the suspects were entering through unlocked doors. The police urge all residents to be vigilant in locking their doors. In every case, the homeowners were at home during the break-ins.

At about 6:30am today, a house that had been burglarized late Monday night, was hit again. The home owners awoke to find what they believe to me a female suspect and chased her out of the house and down the driveway. The Lower Gwynedd Police and the Horsham Police K9 Unit were on the scene quickly after, and are still there following the scent outside of the neighborhood, on Evans Road.
