Man sentenced for robbing Montgomery Township Dunkin

David J. Rodriguez, 39, of Philadelphia, was sentenced to 11½ to 23 months in prison for robbing a Dunkin store at the 700 block of Bethlehem Pike in Montgomery Township on February 1, 2024, The Reporter said.

Rodriguez pleaded guilty to a felony charge of robbery. He stole $165 while implying he had a knife.

“Information was received that the actor handed an employee a note demanding all the money and not to scream. The note also had the employee’s first name and implied the actor was armed with a knife,” Montgomery Township police wrote in the arrest affidavit, according to The Reporter.
