The Ambler Borough Police Department announced today that Deonte Davis, wanted by both the Philadelphia Police Department for murder and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office for murder, was arrested by the US Marshal Service in North Carolina.
According to US Marshal Service, Davis barricaded himself in an attic and was eventually arrested after chemical agents were deployed.

Davis’ victim, 33-year-old Seitu Harris, was ambushed by two men while standing outside of a Cricket Wireless store in April 2023.
Davis, 27, was also wanted for kidnapping, burglary and robbery charges in Ambler, officials said.
