The pet of the week is a puppy who loves to walk around Ambler named Dodger! The Faust family talks about their lovable pup below…

After recently moving to Ambler finally getting fully settled, there was something we noticed was still missing. On February 10th we stopped at a local pet adoption event “just to look” and it really is true what they say – you don’t pick your pet, your pet picks you! One look with that face and we knew our family was complete!

We adopted Dodger – a 10-week old, green-eyed, tiger brindle Feist mix – from Home at Last Dog Rescue and nothing has brought more happiness or love to our home. He is now 4.5 months old, and his favorite things include cuddling on the couch, playing with his 6-year old human brother, laying on the porch in the sun while taking in all the new smells of spring, and most of all, he loves walking around Ambler meeting people along the way. He is quite the ham and seems to know exactly which local shops are ready with treats and a good belly rub whenever we are out. Dodger never meets a person he doesn’t want to lick or a dog he doesn’t want to sniff. We really cant imagine life without him!
