The Pet of the Week is a dog named Marco.  Kristin, Marco’s owner wrote to us about what a sweet caring dog Marco is:

Marco is an amazing dog! His 9th birthday is next week, October 24th. He has been laid back and sweet since the day we adopted him 8 years ago!
I will never forget hearing the heartbreaking news that we had a miscarriage at 16 weeks pregnant. I came home and collapsed on the floor sobbing. Marco came and laid next to me trying to comfort me. Even though it was the darkest day of my life, it is my favorite memory of my pup.

Back to more positive things… He is also so gentle with our 3 year old son, which is no easy feat for a 100 lb dog! Plus he’s super cute 
Everyone we know says he is the best dog they’ve ever met because of his demeanor!
