The Lower Gwynedd Police are looking to identify this lost dog found on Penllyn tonight in the rain.  They posted:

This wet guy was found with a leather collar and no tags strolling in the rain on Penllyn Pike tonight. If anyone knows who he is please give us a call at (215) 646-5300.
