PennDOT has announced that Whitemarsh Township will be closing Stenton Avenue between Joshua Road and Flourtown Road/Cricket Road starting Monday, August 3rd through mid-September. The closure will be 24-hours every day, seven days a week. The closure is to allow for roadway widening and drainage improvements.

During construction, Stenton Road through traffic will be detoured over Joshua Road and Flourtown Road. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.
