Preliminary Land Development of Spring House Innovation Park will Continue Being Reviewed at Wednesday’s Lower Gwynedd Planning Commission Meeting

The MRA Group, owner of the former Dow Chemical property at 72Norristown Road, submitted applications for Conditional Use and Preliminary Land Development to the Lower Gwynedd Township Board of Supervisors that will continue to be reviewed at Wednesday’s Planning Commission Meeting.

An introduction to these applications was already presented at the Lower Gwynedd Township Planning Commission meeting on July 17th, and these will be continued to be reviewed at tomorrow night’s meeting at 7pm in the Lower Gwynedd Township Building.

The former Dow Chemical property, now known as Spring House Innovation Park, is a 133 acre, multi-use campus with 600,000 square feet of building space. According to MRA’s website:

In addition to first class office space and laboratory facilities, MRA desires to craft a campus environment with an on-site hotel, shared office/conference facilities, on-site child daycare, a health/fitness center, a retail village containing approximately 40,000 square feet of restaurants & other amenities, and a planned residential community. Retail, residential, and hotel uses are subject to zoning approval.

All interested residents are invited to attend Wednesday night’s Planning Commission meeting.
