Presentation planned on February 4th regarding assisted living and townhouses on Reed’s property

During the Tuesday, February 8th meeting of Whitpain Township’s Board of Supervisors there will be an informal presentation regarding a potential land development proposal on the property that was previously home to Reed’s Nightclub (1486 Skippack Pike in Blue Bell). There was a similar presentation given all the way back on September 4, 2018.

The potential development includes a 92-unit assisted living and memory care community and 28 townhouses at the rear portion of the property.

Note that this presentation is informal and that no application has been submitted for review.

Township meetings are held at 960 Wentz Road in Blue Bell.
