Say Hello to Wake Coffee- the Newest Business in Ambler

Say hello to the newest business in town…Wake Coffee!

Last week Parry Coffee Roasters officially changed hands, and the new Wake Coffee  located at 224 S Maple Street in Ambler (across from the Boiler House), began full operations.

After roasting top-notch coffee for three years, Jean Parry and Austin Lynch, owners of Parry Coffee, decided to sell their business operations, and transition the roasting plant to Wake Coffee.

Wake is owned and operated by partners Alec Satterly and Christina Rizzetta. Wake Coffee is also an established brand in New York, and Parry Roasters had already been roasting for Wake, so this transition was pretty seamless.  Also, Jean Parry will continue to help expand Wake’s brand and share her expertise and craft of roasting as she is staying on as the master roaster and craftsman at Wake. Parry will oversee the roasting process in order to continue the supply of high quality, specialty coffee to Ambler and beyond.

Wake Coffee uses the highest quality beans from all over the world.

Wake Coffee sells their coffee wholesale and can be found in coffee shops, grocers (Weavers Way), and local restaurants.  In addition, they have an e-commerce business, where roast to ship is within six hours.

Wake will also have a full coffee bar/shop at this location by the end of the year-hopefully December, where the roasting process will be visible to the public.  Alec and his team at Wake are excited to share their amazing coffee and wants the public to be able to enjoy their new space. Even without a formal grand opening, Wake has lines of people each day buying their coffee, so the anticipated coffee shop space will be a welcome addition in December.
