On the restaurant front, The Promenade has one additional space marked as currently being negotiated for a restaurant and two other spaces slated as potential restaurants. Overall there are currently five spaces with leases being negotiated and 12 spaces remain open.

No opening dates were provided for any of the businesses that have signed leases.
