SPENGA celebrating Women’s History Month and the recent International Women’s Day

SPENGA, a new fitness studio in Spring House Village shopping center, is celebrating Women’s History Month and the recent International Women’s Day on March 8th by highlighting the strong women of SPENGA who are focused on building a strong community in the Ambler/Spring House area.  Five out of the seven SPENGA instructors are women, as is the entire management team.

The team is led by General Manager Cheri St. Martine. With a background in kinesiology, managing and instructing for SPENGA is a perfect fit for Cheri. Her passion for fitness is in helping people feel strong, confident, and healthy in their daily lives.

“Bringing SPENGA to this community creates a place where you can feel confident walking in. We meet you where you are in your fitness journey and continue to help you move forward towards your goals,” said St. Martine.

“Cheri is doing a great job of building a warm, welcoming, and motivating culture at SPENGA, which is recognized by our members and her team”, shared Eric Rothstein, the owner of SPENGA.  “She also does a great job of balancing her responsibilities at SPENGA with her family life,” added Rothstein. St. Martine and her husband Mike are raising two children in Bucks County.

SPENGA is a unique fitness experience, which combines the three main pillars of fitness, cardio, strength training, and flexibility into a dynamic one-hour workout, which includes 20 minutes of spinning, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga.
