Stem Cell: Fact and Fiction

On Wednesday, February 1st, the Upper Dublin Public Library is offering a presentation about Stem Cell research.

From UDPL:

Hardly a week goes by when we don’t hear something in the news about stem cells. These cells that have the ability to turn into a wide variety of different types of cells have enormous therapeutic potential, but obtaining them is often difficult and some sources are controversial. Learn all about them in this fascinating presentation by PSU Abington Biology Professor Dr. Eric Ingersoll.

The presentation is from 7 pm to 8 pm. The Upper Dublin Public Library is at 805 Loch Alsh Ave in Ft. Washington.
