The Ambler Police Department is seeking information on the “Sticky Bandits,” a male and female who are suspected of two incidents of theft from the CVS in Ambler.

The first incident took place on November 10, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. The two removed items from the shelves and failed to pay for them.

The latest incident took place on February 28, 2021, at 12:30 p.m. The same couple entered the store and according to police stole approximately $600 worth of merchandise. They are suspected to have committed similar offenses in other CVS locations in Montgomery County. 

In the notice, there is no mention of why they call them the “Sticky Bandits.”
