In the early morning hours of Monday, August 1st, the 7-11 in Maple Glen at 623 Welsh Road was robbed at gunpoint.

The robber, described as a light-skinned male in his late teens or early 20s, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, entered the convenience store at 623 Welsh Road at 2:24 a.m. Aug. 1, brandished a black semi-automatic handgun and demanded money from the clerk, police said. The clerk was alone in the store at the time, police said. The robber took the cash and fled on foot across Welsh Road, police said.

The Upper Dublin Police Detective Division is asking anyone with information to notify them at 215-646-2101. The robber is considered armed and dangerous.
