Taproot Farm has announced it will no longer be participating in the Ambler Farmers Market, held annually from May through October.

In a January 16th email to the farm’s CSA members, owner Ola Creston wrote:

I wanted to reach out & let you know that Taproot will no longer be attending the Ambler Farmers’ Markt.  This was a difficult decision to make, and although we love the Ambler community & the wonderful Ambler market, we had to do what was best for family & farm. 

We will continue to be at the Chestnut Hill Farmers Market on Saturdays year-round, and we definitely hope to see you there!  We have a Saturday morning CSA pick up there, as well as CSA pick-ups in Gwynedd Valley, Mt. Airy and other locations on Wednesdays.  

AroundAmbler.com reached out to Ambler Main Street, the market’s organizer, to see if the farm had been replaced. We did not receive a response back.
