Sultan Johns, 27, of Whitpain Township, pleaded guilty to charges of person not to possess firearms, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl/heroin and possession with intent to deliver cocaine in connection with incidents that occurred in April 2022.
He was sentenced to 3 to 6 years in a state correctional facility.
According to The Reporter, Whitpain Township detectives served a search warrant at Johns’ apartment on April 1, 2022 where they found “13 bundles of suspected heroin/fentanyl, multiple bags of cocaine, a loaded Glock 27 .40-caliber handgun, an AR-15 style DTI pistol with a loaded magazine, a digital scale and drug packaging materials.”
