Kayla Owens-Mckenzie, 26, of Hatboro, was charged with receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and driving with a suspended or revoked license after Whitpain Township police said they pulled her over while she was driving a stolen vehicle.

According to North Penn Now, Whitpain officers saw a black Toyota Tercel driving on Morris Road in Blue Bell about 1:30am on August 15. A check of the registration plate revealed that the plate had been reported stolen in Philadelphia.
