Are you tired of being disturbed at home by door-to-door solicitors trying to sell you anything from windows to driveway resealing services?

If so, the Township invites you to join its “no solicitation” list. Joining the list is free and the Police Department will also provide a sticker to be affixed to your front door or window indicating that you are part of the list.

In 2018, the Board of Supervisors acted to strengthen Township regulations on commercial solicitation. If a commercial solicitor knocks on your door when you are part of the list, they are in violation of our ordinance and can face fines and have their solicitation permit revoked.

It is important to note that the “no solicitation” list does not apply to non-commercial solicitation conducted by religious, political, or recognized non-profit groups as various state and federal laws protect this type of activity.

Joining the list is quick, easy, and free and can be completed online by clicking here. Once you join the list, please stop by the Police Department to pick up your free sticker.

If you don’t have internet access, residents can visit the Police Department to fill-out the form in person.
