On September 4th, the Whitpain Township Board heard an informal presentation by NorthPoint Development Company for a potential land development proposal involving the development of an assisted living and memory care community consisting of 92 units.  This senior living facility would be called Stonecrest of Blue Bell.

Additionally, the proposal includes 28 townhouses at the rear portion of the property.

NorthPoint Development’s full presentation can be seen here.

Whitpain Township posted on their website:

It is important to note that this meeting was for informational purposes only, as no formal application has been submitted for review. If the project proceeds, the review process will follow the normal course, which starts with a review by the Township’s Planning Commission.
