Whitpain Township Police Briefs | March 22

PUBLIC DRUNKENESS -On March 13th at approximately 10:55pm officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Stonybrook Drive for a disturbance. Upon arrival, a Christine Hellmann, 40 yrs.’, 800 block of Stonybrook Drive left the residence intoxicated, Hellmann was located in Front of St. Dunstan’s Church on Skippack Pike. Hellmann was arrested, transported to the station, issued a citation for Public Drunk and Released to a friend.

WARRANT SERVICE – on MARCH 10, 2019 at approximately 5:45, officers Responded to the 900 block of valley rd. to meet a complainant for Information. A computer check advised that a Marie Weckesser, 32 yrs, 900 block Valley road was wanted by Mifflin county sheriffs dept for A drug violation, Weckesser was arrested and transported to the Station. Weckesser was later transported to Montgomery County Prison for pickup by the Mifflin County Sheriff’s Department.

CRIMINAL TRESSPASS – On March 12th at approximately 2pm, officers Responded to the 1400 block of Manor Lane for a subject that was Attempting to break into a residence. Once on location, officers met a Ronald Martino, 70 yrs.’, homeless man who claimed he owned the residence, Martino was advised that he was not permitted on the property. Martino was arrested for Criminal Trespass and instruments of crime. Martino was transported to station, arraigned in front of a district justice, and transported to Montgomery County prison.

WARRANT SERVICE – On March 16th at approximately 10:25pm, Whitpain Officers stopped a Gold Toyota traveling northbound on Dekalb Pike with no headlights on. Operator Shareece Mills, 31 yrs. ,1500 Newlin Ave. Sharon Hill Pa was checked and found that she was wanted by Darby Township Police Department for Terroristic Threats. Mills was arrested, Returned to station and later released to Darby Twp Police Department.
