Wissahickon Fire Company recently shared video footage of a crew responding to a housefire in Ambler.

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a firefighter? In this video, our members can be seen responding to a residential building fire in the Ambler section of Whitpain Township. Originally dispatched as a possible basement fire, our crews can be seen attempting to locate exterior basement acess and, upon confriming the fire was limited to the first floor, making entry and extingushing the blaze. Thankfully, no injuries were reported. Our thoughts are with all of those affeceted by this tragic incident.
