Michael Logan, a Wissahickon firefighter, passed away suddenly on Wednesday.  In a statement by The Wissahickon Fire Company:

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of yet another active member of the Wissahickon Fire Company. Michael Logan, firefighter, engineer and fire police officer passed away on Wednesday. Mike was a dedicated person who was a friend to us all and an upstanding member of our community. One who chose to run into danger rather than run away. He was a true volunteer.
Peace be your journey home Michael, you will be missed. We will take it from here.
