Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association Offers Bird Walks Every Other Month

Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association hosts a 30-45 minute Bird Walk on their preserves the second Tuesday, every other month at 7:30am.

You will have the opportunity to explore a variety of preserves over the year and also be able to see different birds throughout the different seasons.   See the details below:

  • Crossways Preserve, Parking at trail entrance on Cathcart Road between Morris Road and Township Line Road (see map below)
  • Members and children under 12: free | Non-members: $10
  • Dress for the weather
  • Trails may be wet or muddy 
  • Bring binoculars (loaners available)
  • Will cancel for rain or snow
