On Monday, September 19,  at 10:15 am, at the Elmwood Park Zoo, parents can connect with their children while teaching them healthy habits. The Montgomery County Health Department and SSP Yoga (Ft. Washington) are teaming up for Zoo Yoga where you can learn to move and groove like the animals do. They will incorporate fun yoga movements, breath work and a little monkeying around into your journey around the zoo. Parents are encouraged to participate. Meet at the Health Department’s Healthy Headquarters (near the giraffe/zebra exhibit).
